Holly Days Nursery and Landscaping has been servicing the Bucks and Montgomery Counties for over 25 years. Holly Days is a full-service design/build landscape and hardscape construction company. We are currently seeking applicants for an experienced Landscape Design and Salesperson.

The designer position should be proficient in a design software such as Dynascape, AutoCAD, Lumion, and or Google Sketchup and have 5+ years’ experience within the green industry.  This person should be able to create detailed landscape plans using plant material, hardscaping and landscape lighting.  This position can be filled by a designer only or someone who can perform design and sales.  The Sales position person must be self-motivated and energetic to sell residential and commercial landscape projects.  Plant knowledge, construction experience and sales experience are necessary to be successful in this position.  This person would conduct site visits to estimate design projects and oversee the installation of these projects.  The ability to work with the customer as well as multiple team members is extremely important.

We are looking for hardworking, dependable and experienced landscape / hardscape laborers. The ideal candidate should have 3 years’ landscape/hardscape field experience.  The duties required will include all aspects of landscaping including digging, mulching, and installing everything from large trees to shrubs. Also included would be patio, walkway and retaining wall installation, grading, seeding and sod work and lighting installation.  We are based in Horsham, PA – you must have reliable transportation. 

Requirements: at least 3 years field experience, a valid driver’s license (preferred)

Compensation:

• Salary: $18-22 per hour – salary to commensurate with experience

A growing nursery and garden center is seeking cashiers and plant care specialists for the garden center . The duties would include helping customers and using a POS system, answering the phone, and taking orders. You would need to handle plant care and watering, loading and unloading plant material, and other daily tasks. Both part time and full time positions are available.

Requirements:

• Dependable with reliable transportation
• Knowledge of POS systems or cash register and a passion for plants
• Ability to lift 40lbs. +
• Experience within a garden center or nursery is helpful but not required
• Plant knowledge is also a major benefit

Full and part Time positions are available hours are dependent upon the season.

Hours would include some weekends and evenings.

Holly Days Nursery is seeking a hardworking pond and aquatics laborer. We have a 7-acre nursery with a garden center, pond store, and a fish house. Our team services retail and wholesale customers in the tri-state area. If you have experience within the pond & aquatic industry, plant or aquatics knowledge, enjoy working with others, and or a passion for pond plant material we want to talk to you. An ideal candidate would be hard working and reliable. The ability to work with both customers and other team members. Duties could include or a combination of seasonal pond cleanup and maintenance, plant care, watering plant material, loading and unloading plant materials. These are all physical jobs that require working in all weather conditions. These can be hourly positions or salaried based on the job and the applicants experience.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in weather conditions
• Valid drivers license, experience in a nursery, garden center, or pond  aquatics industry with plant knowledge is preferred, not required
• Dependable, reliable, and ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Day and evening hours available and weekends are sometimes required
• Reliable transportation
